Morning Zen

Life renewed. The year year has brought us to a place of walking forward into our new lives. Daily one step at a time. What we choose to do, who we choose to be, how we choose to live are all today new. Release the past and the expectations of old. Release the items holding us in bondage. Ideas, impressions, reactions and actions, expectations. Walk into the new year, the new day free.

Morning Zen

Oh yes, it is indeed nearing the end of 2007. Resolutions? I am not too sure how it goes either. In the walk toward summer now and the things to come. What was it I needed to do before the end of the year? What best to do to prepare now. Things to come and the peace of the universe is at our feet. Step onto the flower of the lotus and let it take us on a ride to freedom.

Brunch at La Bagette

The french toast is coated in some kind of something. It is tasty but lacks my traditional feel of what French Toast should be. Leaves one sort of dirty feeling. Great mushroom crepe. It was super filled with tasty shrooms. Good coffee. Waiter slightly slow. Coffee was down a couple of times but once they discovered my rythm it was better filled. Cool place. Local folks of an upscale nature. Report on the Benedict is that the Classen Grill makes them better.
