Morning Zen

Ome now, we are born into being and looking out into the world we come to know. Lost with time and age and impressions by others the lost moments of reality and truth. seeking that truth again in an undisturbed fashion. The truth at the heart of our beings. Seek that which gives peace, seek that which is love, seek that which fills endlessly and empty the heart and soul to the world to be replenished. Created and done and constrained to understand and comprehend and interpret that which can not be seen straight on. Like the apparition caught out of the corner of the eye, the divine. Choose the divine today. Nurture that which is divine in you.

early to rise....a wise beginning..

delusion...ah, it is in my recollection in the 15th chapter...
from "the wise heart"

three delusions if again recollection is correct....

we pass this way but once...though we criss cross the landscape...
we vary and backtrack and become lost in the delusion...the lies..the untruth

for much is not as it appears...even to the trained eye..only from within deflected outward is truth reality...

even at the heart with frequency the truth may be a delusion...for the surroundings deceive us...

seek the enlightment...for the training we have in perception is distorted to permit the sight only as others have often provided us the lens....find your own lens...clear it well....and beware of distortions provided by the
"roundings"...then truth will prevail....
best wishes

"The truth at the heart of our beings." That is a nice statement. The truth within our own hearts, not someone's or society's perceived truths.

Divine is fine, but to nurture the real truth within our heart's core, that, my dear, is zen.

through everything you stayed the same old heart" Dave Grohl
