Morning Zen

The thoughts and avenues are many today. Where to go, which path to take, to what end will come too with these thoughts. Streaming in and lighting for a moment and passing on. Sentances started and down and no connection formed to the next. Once again backspace reigns and do overs abound. From the sunrise to coffee, to driving, and dying, learning and loving, music lyrics, and strange stories from Internet friends and newspaper sources with sheltered truths. The cacophony of noise of the world drowned out by that inside the head.
Relax once again. Begin again. Release and Renew.

You need some yoga, dude. I know you know how to find your happy place, but it sounds like you need help finding your quiet place of meditation. Empty the self. Let it fill with quiet thoughts. You need a little peace before this much busy weekend!

for some reason the "Boxer" lyrics of Paul Simon came to mind when I browsed this note.....don't know why.....

on the other hand..."From Delusions to Wisdom" was aroused as well...chap 15....again...from "The Wise Heart"...

"sentences started and down and no connection formed to the next"....delusions in the mind ...where connections flit light lightening....

ah...but dying...not yet ...you have more blowing and blogging and living...reading and teaching...and life's lessons to pass along....

"strange stories from internet friends and newspaper sources with sheltered truths"...likey with little or no truth at all ....or another twisted delusions of what once was truth....for the story of the accident where one is slightly injured in the first passage and by the tenth....there were 18 fatalities....
the cacophony...."Distracted..by
Maggie Jackson..the truth about the society of "autism"....no I mean the whole society! ....multitasking.. internet...texting....cell phones pasted to the side of the head....soon we'll be implanted with them....maybe even born with them...

all right ....try really relaxing...difficult...
cacophony...an understated perspective....
namaste'
