Movie Quote Friday

Okay, so I know this one is easy but resist I could not.

"That was a Hattori Hanzo sword."

Morning Zen

I am trying to come up with analogies for when life gets going so very fast. The days fly by in total even with the moments that seem to last for ever. Zooming. Rushing. A maelstrom of activity.
who sang, "Slow down, you move to fast, got to make the morning last..."
oh yes. Movie Quote Friday...
Coming up.

Morning Zen

The journey. Continuing on our path. Woods, lovely dark and deep just flashed through the mind and choosing the road less traveled by. It is our road. No one has been down it before. They know their road their way. Sharing and learning from and with others in a similar experience, similar existence, similar worlds and yet distinct. Travel well my friend.

The mother of our friend John Blake passed away. This is a lovely article from the Pauls Valley paper. Lift up the family in prayer.

Morning Zen

That which we learned we have forgotten. taught and taught and knew and then lost. why does it seem that in learning it was "I will never use this" and thus it is forgotten, or "This is great and important" and thus it is forgotten.

Morning Zen

The dawn has once again shattered the night. The moon has grown. Time speeding along. Wonder and grace fill the moments. Fear and worry creep in to be dispelled in the light of day and reason. What does the future hold? What dreams may come to pass? What next? Only right now. This moment. Learning to let go.
