Burn Out Avoid a Digital Overload Greetings Sequoyah,
I have been looking at posts lately. Folks who once did a lot and then just stopped posting. Innovators and integrators who just hit a wall. Twitters who dominated the nest and flittered away.
I am not sure why this happens. There are some techniques to help prevent overexposure and burnout to technology. I read often that one should find their authentic voice. Find your passion and speak to it. Often in starting we have so many great ideas. They just flow out as they have been stored up and processed over and over in our heads. A great release like water and a dam. And then it trickles. The level has to be build up again and process. A common solution for this is just to slow down. Post something every week. Tuesday evening when nothing is really happening. Sit and process and post. Keep a list throughout the week of ideas and musings and then you will be ready when the next week comes along. Discipline and habit are necessary and I often lack both.
