World view, how is change possible? If it is broke how do we fix it?

Photos

I am thinking of photos now. I will sometimes take photos with my phone or camera and post them here. The photo goes to an album in Picasa Web Albums.



Then I can access my web album and label the photos with a location. That location is then mapped to Google Maps and the image posted under Featured Content - Photos from Picasa Web Albums (link not available). I would like to see that same feature here. When I create an entry or upload a photo there should be a link button at the top that will give me a link into Google Maps. Maybe a little used feature but if integrated correctly will save a future step.

Fuzzy head.
I miss the focus of yoga.
I miss my morning *$'s.
I miss sleep.
I enjoy life today tho.

Morning Zen

The question begs how do you eat an elephant? one bite at a time.
How do you complete the task ahead? one little bit at a time.
It does not really matter how you do it just that you do it.
Peter said something like that yesterday. Overwhelmed by the all to do. Change the approach. Do a little bit of everything he said accomplished a lot.

Routine change. Started stopping at 7-11 for coffee most mornings. Cheaper. Decent cup of coffee. It does take away from my sit down, relax, reflect and text time. We want what we want. I still can't figure out why there is not a citizen's bank branch east of bryant on second street. Not zen like there at all.
When the thought of the tomato comes to mind. honor that thought. address it and let it flow back out.

Morning Zen

Searching for the no mind. Getting to the place where there is no clutter. Thoughts come and go and pass through. Linger perhaps but they do not nag. There is no presistance. There is no worry. That thought of what needs to be done is addressed and dismissed to be accounted for when the time is right and all is ready to take care of that situation. That thought comes and stays and takes away focus from the now. What can be done to change it? What action is immediate to take care of it? How to make it right or different to change.
Back again to the first thought. That one first thing in my mind is usually based on fear, on threat, on something unfounded. Changing thought to make it different. To make it right. To think next on the positive and how to make the outcome with the nature of the universe.

Point Well Taken

It was an outstanding breakfast meal from the red cup. The cup however does not look red in this photo. Breakfast burrito. Super tasty. Great place on on Sunday morning to chat with folks and watch the morning unfold. Highly Recommend.
