Daily Meditation:

To be silent and meditative is so ecstatic,
you will forget all about your search for meaning, truth, God.
And once you have dropped the wrong questions,
the wrong answers disappear of their own accord.
Then between you and existence there is no question,
there is no answer, but there is a communion.
Your heart slowly slowly starts beating in the same rhythm as the whole existence.
You start feeling yourself part of this immense organic whole.
You enjoy tremendously.

I found this one on another site. It is lovely I think.

Communion is the key. I think we have to stop asking. Stop seeking. It is clutter. I do not know what to ask for. There I things I desire that is for sure. Are those the right things for me at this time? I do not know. I am learning I can not ask for these things I have to wait and see. Do not push, do not force. Just allow everything to unfold as it is meant too and everything really will be taken care.

The heart beat and rhythm of the universe. There is a sound a frequency, a wavelength that allows the heart and mind and body and soul come together. to coalesce and rise. This wave is such a wonderful thing to catch. It is the goose bumps on your arms, the hair standing on the back of the neck. Eyes dilating and mind free of distraction if only for one brief moment.
