It was a lackluster French Toast. The bacon was hard with no hint of grease. Flavorless really. with three triangles of bread what do they do with the fourth triangle? Why not put it on the plate? Is it that big of a savings?

Expect a long wait for the food stuff.

We had the brunch buffet at Sophabella's. Very good. Fresh and tasty. A bunch of the family was there. Thank you all for dining and thanks to dad for picking up the check.

Classen Grill

Brunch at the Classen Grill. It was good. The French Toast is not really French Toast at all but bread dipped in Pancake Batter and then cooked in the manner of a pancake. Odd. It was not bad but I like french toast I am not be huge fan of the pancake.

Cloud Cliff

Breakfast at Cloud Cliff. French Toast. Good bread. Lacked eggy goodness lending a bit of a dryness to the bread. Good Aroma Coffee. Great surroundings. Right across from Cloud Cliff is the very best Tara's Organic Ice Cream... then the Chocolate Smith... then Dawn's Custom Tattoos... then the 2nd Street Green Chile Fries... and Euro Flues... and the Mu Du Noodles...

French Toast at the Beatnix's Cafe in OKC. Very tasty. Some almond extract in the batter made this a very nice breakfast.

Breakfast Burrito

It is difficult to find a breakfast burrito in Edmond. One would think...but no, not really.
Cafe 501 on a Saturday or Sunday, not open for the breakfast on the weekday.
I was at Tropical Cafe the other day for a cup of coffee while getting my tires rotated.
It reminded me of how good it is but just off my path of travel. Strange that Second and Kelly is off my path. They make a very nice breakfast meal. They are a crepe like thing. Serving Seattle's Best coffee to boot.

Brunch at La Bagette

The french toast is coated in some kind of something. It is tasty but lacks my traditional feel of what French Toast should be. Leaves one sort of dirty feeling. Great mushroom crepe. It was super filled with tasty shrooms. Good coffee. Waiter slightly slow. Coffee was down a couple of times but once they discovered my rythm it was better filled. Cool place. Local folks of an upscale nature. Report on the Benedict is that the Classen Grill makes them better.

I forgot to get a photo. Decent french toast not the best but good. Classen potatoes were good. The Orange Juice is fresh squeezed. 12:45 just a five minute wait. Good breakfast fair and now worth putting into the brunch rotation.

Sunday Brunch. It was decent. Not great. It should have been great for the price and the expectation.

Johnnies Cafe

On Western and 5th or so. Great French Toast. Decent coffee for a diner. Very cool place.

Outstanding sasuage and porcini mushroom quiche. Cheese plate with fresh fruit. Good cheese selection. Good coffee, very good service. Sunday warmth and patio dining.

Point Well Taken

It was an outstanding breakfast meal from the red cup. The cup however does not look red in this photo. Breakfast burrito. Super tasty. Great place on on Sunday morning to chat with folks and watch the morning unfold. Highly Recommend.
