It was not bad to have a couple of days off. We were able to get some things done in the studio that needed to be accomplished. There is still much to do but a good start was made. You need to drop by if you get the chance. We should be working this weekend.
My classes with the museum start this weekend too. I am looking forward to having students again and showing others how to work with hot glass. Progress.
Peace.

Just a note to say hi and welcome back from the break. I hope everyone is doing well. I was just getting used to not having to do anything.

The days are flying by again. I thought it may slow down a bit but it seems like I look up and the day is gone and then the week is gone and now the year is almost past me by.
Major reconstruction in the glass studio this week. We are moving a lot of stuff around. Trying to make it a better place. It is coming along but much work to accomplish. It seems we are always making it better and better. We are trying to put in a gallery in the barn so everything is moving around to make space. We need to get better lighting and shelving but great progress is being made.
I hope everyone has a wonderous new year.
Peace

It has been a wonderous season. Busy with hanging out, eating, movies, glass blowing and what not. I will try to get some photos of things from Christmas soon. My brother bought a lot of cool art while in Alaska and we are blessed with the beauty of native craftmanship.
Glass blowing has been going well. We are making some mighty fine items and I hope to get some new photos up by the end of the week as well.
Progress

Learning. Wondering. The season is the season and it brings forth a natural, predicitable set of emotions and events in life. Every year do I set myself up? Change occurs?
I do not want to make myself sick again this year. What can I do differently? Oh well.
May the peace of the season embrace the whole world.

Well, I must say the photos are grand. I need to break out my camera and get a few shots.
Shopping. Try Glimpse on Western neat stuff. LUX and the French Cowgirl also on Western. We did find Blue 7 south of 50th on May. Check it out. There is a cool furnature store there too and an old used book store. Heading to the T town on Wednesday to shop and see a Jerry Garcia art exhibit. Where do you recommend shopping in Tulsa. going to Utica Sq. for sure.
Stay in touch.

Ultimate Gift Guide

Ultimate Gift GuideThe gazette gift guide. Figured if I tell you to look I better provide a linkage.
Time is flying to quickly. It hardly seems possible that Christmas is just around the corner. I need to find some unique gift ideas. Something too cool.
Off to shop. Will let you know if I find anything out of this world. Do check out the holiday shopping guide in the gazzette this issue. Looks to be some good stores listed.
Peace.

Thinking as of late as to the nature of man. What is my nature? How do I behave, react, process, and retell? What is it that drives me? Why do I do the same things over and over; wishing to change but not changing at all? Where do the seeds of change become planted and how is it I water and tend to those seeds? Or do I pull them out by the root before growth can occur.
Heard yesterday that enlightenment comes in spirts. We gain a little and then we go back to normal mind. We do not obtain the enlightenment and keep it.
The story of the wolves inside and that which we feed, the story of the frog and the scorpion, the lady and the snake. All these things to show us a metaphor for our natures and the outcomes of those ways of being.
Last night I have a dream with Hunter S. Thompson. My nature has changed. I am not the way I once was. But then I am not sure with what I replaced that which I was. Where is the nature of the way I currently am and can I change?

why do I have to shrink and go away so someone else gets to grow?"
