My Folks at Brunch

We went to the Deep Fork Grill for Brunch today. These are my folks Wayne and Abby. Contrary to popular belief I didnot originate in a cypher or a test tube.
Good breakfast. Very tastey corned beff hash this morning. Try the DFG if you get the chance some sunday.

I wish I was smart, inventive, and humorous. This guy is cool with a capital C. Man, There are some pictures tho he looks like Kevin Smith in a starfleet uniform. I kick down kudos to Big Action (see link on the blogroll on the right) for finding this site. I also dedicate this post to my brother.

Catch up

I have been busy. I overslept on Tuesday. I was late. Really really late. I got to school at 8:35 for a class that started at 8:00. I am not sure I have ever been late for class before. It really was bad. I think I have some depression. I am not sure from what it stems but it is there and I have to find a way to deal with it. My friend Bill W. says to take a walk. First just get up and out. Then go a quarter mile. Then work up to a half mile. Just walk. Soon the depression lifts and the sunlight of the spirit once again reflects off your soul.

Life

Good stuff. I thought of something great earlier today but do not remember what it was. Everyting has been going well.
I got a call tonight from an old friend. Bill Trey. He is doing time in California. I miss his presence. He is one of those rare people that touch the lives of everyone they meet. One of those folks you meet and then from time to time they just spring to mind. It is interesting those good people that shape your life in a way. Contact is lost and then regenerated. Do you have those people in your lives?
