Morning Zen

Belief - i wonder at belief. Thought and philosophy give baisis to our belief taught and engrained sinse birth. Exploring the world finding our individual voice listening and learning from elders and teachers and preachers and peers. Becoming who we are finding comfort there and learning love and peace and striving not to repeat mistakes learning to do life in a better way.

The anticipation of a new day with wonder and grace need not preclude a full and generous nights sleep. Prepare and be ready and release the day.

There is a resiviour of peace hidden away within the hearts of men, a boundless testament to the universe. Seeing this peace and touching it seems only to require desire.

The work that is done serves purpose, idle time serves purpose as well. Seems difficult to find comfort in the quite moments when they last longer then a moment. Sit and be, release the ego and allow room for more to come into the heart and light.

There is a peace that comes from comfort and fear, let loose of that fear and one will find a new peace. A Peace that lifts our heart and soul to a place not even imagined. Release your fear.

The day retreats into night as we prepare for our journies. Stepping off into the abyss not alone any longer just in solitude. To be alone but not alone either.

At the edge of night there is moment when the light and dark interplay. The light fighting for a last gasp one more moment of being. The dark slowly and surly taking over to become whole. This moment in time is an eternity and plays forth every evening. Allow that time to become the moment within when all is lost and yet totally renewed. In the morning this moment seems drawn out and forever as well.
