Oh yes, It is afternoon zen once again. Awareness. I think that is a part of the whole. Being fully aware of at least your partial surroundings. Developing methods to live by. A creed. I set of directives. Rules and Dogma. however it is we add structure to the day and our lives so that we can integrate ourselves into the chaos.

Must be the most important time to remember the flow. That is why it is practiced when life is light and easy so when the jumbled up mess falls we have developed some different coping skills.
