Yes, time is speeding up. To be certain. There is still 24 hours in a day. The sun and the moon are on the same cycles they have ever been. It is us. Watchers of sun and moon. Our lives filled with haste and glory. Racing toward forever in flux. When I rush and when I run. Run rabbit run. Amazing how many songs seem to deal with this very thing. Do not fear. Enjoy the ride.
