daily meditation

Buddha: If you do not tend to one another then who is there to tend to you? Whoever who would tend me, he should tend the sick.
Like a garden we grow. The seeds we stock and keep inside. We nurture them and help them take root and grow. Our gardeners are our friends and family. Indeed we are the ones in the end who decide which seeds we sow and bring to fruit but it is the influence of those around us that help us to become who we are. How can I be a gardener to others? How can my green thumb of life contribute and help my fellow man?
Water the seeds with the sweat of the brow and the shedding of tears.

why do I have to shrink and go away so someone else gets to grow?"
