Morning Zen
Well it is afternoon again. More difficult when the little hand crosses over the high point of the day to begin to think of thoughts of streams and flow and time. The day has intruded into the mind and the pace and hectic of things and people and events crowd out the peaceful bliss. But then we remember to breathe. Do think they should build offices and buildings and places where we gather with rooms for peace and quite and meditative renewal. Go out to the rooftop garden, Wander a corridor, climb the stairs, find your zenful place and come back to where it is you want to be for a new day. You can start the day over at any moment you know.

Yes, that would be nice. I am quite thankful I work across the street from a park. it is so much more than a nice place to have lunch.
