Morning Zen
looking forward while looking back. The past has gone filled with generous learning experiences. The future is not here at all and may never come. So today is it. The moment now. Difficult to wrap the mind around. We seem to live for the future. Planning. Developing. Hording. putting off and promising. An ideal for the future.

Some struggle with keeping the future out of the present, but for some of us it is the presence of past with which we battle. Torturing ourselves on the mistakes we have made that have created our current state. Either way, you do lose the beauty of the moment.
