Morning Zen
Hit the ground running. Relax, meditate prepare for the day. The list of things to do. Double booked...

that character of our society so often considered "the normal" or the productive person.....
the double booked life....good for a book name....there is one, of parenting called, I believe, "The Overbooked Child"...there should be one also for "adults"... best wishes... for double booking brings not always the results we seek..... double booking may, in some way, relate to another characteristic....procrastination.... and life goes on...for a while anyway...
my bad.... it is "The Overscheduled Child"... ask a ten year old if they have ever layed on their back in a field of tall grass waving, shimmering around them.... and did the cloud games.... ask a 19 year old if they have ever layed in a field of poppies in Northern California...the aroma...the warm air flowing like waters around them....the wisps of cotton in the skies above.... and so it is that we over schedule out children...keep them our of trouble...off the streets...quell their imaginations.... hhh jj
