How do you rate quality? Is it fair to compare today to yesterday? The qualities that made yesterday so outstanding are there today and reach beyond expectation. So very good. They speak of the highest order of espresso as the god shot, pulling a prefect extraction from a perfect bean and ground. Yesterday was close, today was there. But then that perfection must be forgotten so tomorrow will be fresh and new.
