Morning Zen

Repetition. Doing over something and over. Often out of frustration. But then repeating to grow and get better and learn. Still frustration. I don't like to tell the same story twice. I do out of necessity but it is difficult. That is one reason I find it hard to talk to people. I have to repeat myself and then I can't remember if I told them or not.
