Morning Zen

Finding now in the past few days that which is thought and that which is felt and that which is reality really make little difference in the way. Those three and perhaps other influences come together and intermingle and yet they can all be different or the same or not even noticed. Once again holding onto the past the events that tainted. Day's stand out as markers in life the the events of that day corrupt or enlighten that day forevermore. Anniversaries as it were of life events, needing to be rid of the residue of the past and wash clean the psyche of those days.

Morning Zen

And so it goes. We say do the next right thing. How does one know the next right thing. How to choose the direction for the next. Where is inspiration? Keep thinking that thing will simply appear and I will know. Questioning that today. It has not shown yet, will it?

I do not understand how this works. They say our economy is in dire straits and people have no money and all of that. But then they say that presidential candidates are making nearly two and a half million dollars a day in donations.
Don't forget to support your local artists in these trying times.

Morning Zen

Ever read the Knight in Rusty Armor? Protecting ourselves from unforeseen harm building up that armor. The Armor is false many a time. That protection becomes really that which imprisons us. In an effort to be safe and from psyche harm we in turn trap ourself in a world never accessible to others and then eventually not accessible by even ourselves.

Taking action. That thing that is to be done. Set before us now. Do not just do it. Act with care and direction. Choose wisely and next step. Operate fully and knowingly on each.

Morning Zen

Stones. Little stones we pick up along the way. put them in our pockets. carry them about. Cast them out over placid waters and let them skip. Hold onto the stones and wear them out with thoughts and rubbing. Place them in a drawer as a memory of time and place and the people then. Pick up the stone and examine it. Learn what it is that stone has to teach and let it go again.

Morning Zen

Sitting here in limbo... I closed my eyes and the music playing in my head of Bob Marley. Sitting here in Limbo. Why sit? Interesting. I heard embrace the void over the weekend. I listened to a lot of the weekend. Listening to others. Growth, celebration, pain, sense and nonsense as well. The people. Lovely.
