Morning Zen
Considering the art of living. The artist flows. The craftsman. The accountant. Lovers of work or doing what they love. Time, experience, skill. Build in the individual and when action is preformed there is a seemingly effortlessness to the whole. Watch one create. The mastery of being in that way. In the creation of the art. One can also become an artist of life. How do you live your life like the creator?

Morning Zen
Nourish the soul. How do you nourish the soul? What actions upon waking are taken to prepare for the day. What action or inaction allows you to get in synch with the universe? Making ready. Ready always.

Morning Zen
The winds push through. A force. When bended tree stays after the wind has blown we see the nature of change upon one that does not wish for change. That supple tree they say bends in the wind and sways and while the tree that is rigid becomes broken. Be supple. But too when the wind does cease walk upright once again.

support and the world. Speaking with a good fellow last evening there is change happening in the world. future holds who knows what but the changes today are the now moments of wonder. Eat locally. Go to the Locavore farmers market over on the Plaza at 16th. Support local business, the little niche market folks living a dream. Buy art. The Canvas show last night had over a hundred pairs of shoes at $75 silent auction bidding. I would bet half did not sell. I think that is the support of the dream of another. We have our dreams. We want to build something. We look around and find that we have built it. Living the dream.

Morning Zen
If it ain't broke... but it is broke but there is no idea how to fix it or even really if it needs to fixed. We know something is wrong. How to make it right? Put a patch here. change some wiring there. It should be all better...
We have an annealher down in the glass shop. It does make for a good analogy.

Morning Zen
sunshine daydream. Walk through the tall trees of your mind. Explore the dense forests of your imagination and let loose the wild things which dwell there. expose the world to the inner of your self that is reserved for only you. Be free with the true you on this day and night. let loose of the fears and apprehensions. Celebrate life fully.
