Daily Meditation:

War can only be understood and put an end to if you and all those who are concerned very deeply with the survival of man, feel that you are utterly responsible for killing others. What will make you change? - J. Krishnamurti
War is hard. I am not sure why man goes to war. I believe war has been a part of man since time began. Power and control. Who has the power can it be retained. Is it up to us as individuals to speak out against that which we do not believe are we compliant. That is to say sins of omission.
When I do not do that is as much in the wrong as doing in the wrong. When I do not give thanks. When I do not express love. When I am consumed with me and do not turn to another to give comfort. Working on these things. Working to remove me from the process. Strive to become. It is not easy and I do not beat myself up. But I do try to learn from my mistakes and make corrections but many times can not live up to the expectations of others. not meeting those expectations I am not less then anymore.
How can I be that voice in the wilderness? How can I make my self known? How can I do the right thing in a world full of choices that are not right? From where do you get your strength? From where do you find solstice? From where do you renew? From where do you feed your soul?

why do I have to shrink and go away so someone else gets to grow?"
