Greed is preventing you to live.
If you want to receive all the blessings of existence, you will have to let go of greed.
Live for now, allow yourself to fully appreciate each moment.
Beware of the conditionings of your mind.
Greed is a weed that has been given to you
by those who are incapable of living life in its full splendor.

I wonder if greed today involves something more then pursuit of money. Greed is a desire run amok. I have a greed. I want what I want when I want it. It may or may not be a healthy thing at all. It is just that what I want. Learning today to put those desires and wants to the side.
I used to think in terms of helping others. Coming to the rainbow bridge in the Norse myth the keeper of the bridge is Heimdall. It is his duty to watch the bridge and keep it and to take those who come to the other side. I likened myself to Heimdall. For some reason I stand at that place where people come. It is my place to help them to get to where it is they are going. To help them to the other side.
Several years ago I was at a place. My own spot where I could not cross. It required a leap of faith. I was at a place where I could not move forward. I was stuck. I kept picturing Indiana Jones on the Lion's Head. Taking that step. Knowing the spirit of the universe is there and will not allow us to fall. Any of us. It is the journey. Getting to that place where we are ready to take that leap. Know we are stepping off into the abyss and that the loving hand of god will be there.
And so as I help other people work through that which they must experience I am finding too that people are helping me trudge along through the muck and mire of my mind. Looking forward to getting to the other side. Looking forward to making it through. Remember Andy Dufrain.
